Shipping

How long does delivery take?

All of our orders are shipped on a 1-2 working day service. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm will be shipped same day.

How much is shipping?

Standard delivery is £2.99 for UK. Free delivery is available for all orders over £30.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details for your order - if you need any assistance with this please contact our friendly customer services at hello@bestfurryfriend.co.uk or live chat and we'll be more than happy to help.

Treats

How many treats can I give my pet?

BFF treats should be given in moderation and as part of a healthy and balanced diet. Our treats are 100% natural and so can be used to compliment your BFF's usual food.

What are your treats made from?

All of our treats are made from 100% natural ingredients using green energy here in the UK. No additives, no added sugar!

Subscription

How often are subscription deliveries?

You can choose to have your subscription delivered either once a week, once every 2 weeks, once every 4 weeks or once every 8 weeks.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes - you can change the items in your subscription at any time, or choose to pause or delay when it is delivered. Simply log into your BFF account on our website and follow the link for 'VIEW AND EDIT SUBSCRIPTION'.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We've made it as simple as possible to end your subscription - although we're sad to see you go! Simply go to 'VIEW AND EDIT SUBSCRIPTION' from your account and select cancel subscription.
